1) ENTRY PERIOD: The Saturn Sweepstakes ("SWEEPSTAKES") begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on November 28, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on December 24, 2008. ("Entry Period"). All entries must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. PST on December 24, 2008, or postmarked by December 24, 2008.

2) ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES is open to all legal residents of the United States with a valid phone number and e-mail address at the time of entry. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY. Both the phone number and e-mail address must be valid throughout the SWEEPSTAKES, including at the time winners are notified. If you are under 18 on January 9, 2009, you must have a legal guardian accept the prize on your behalf. Employees of Forever 21, Inc., Forever 21 Retail, Inc., (including Forever 21, XXI Forever, For Love, Heritage 1981, Reference and Gadzooks stores) and Forever 21 Logistics, LLC (collectively, "Sponsor"), their subsidiaries and affiliates, contractors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children as well as each of their spouses, regardless of where they live), and persons living in the households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible.

3) HOW TO ENTER: There are two means of entry into the SWEEPSTAKES. To enter, visit http://www.forever21.com and complete an entry form, which will require your name, a valid e-mail address, and valid phone number to ensure you can be reached should you win. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY. Please note: by entering, you agree to allow Sponsor to add you to its mail and/or e-mail list to contact you about sales and other promotions. However, should you prefer that Sponsor not add you to those lists, you may also enter by mail by sending a postcard, with your name, a valid phone number, and e-mail address to: "Forever 21 Saturn Sweepstakes", 2001 S. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY. Online entries and postcard entries each have the same chance of winning.

4) PRIZES AND ODDS: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the total entries received, via internet entry forms and postcard entries, for one (1) prize: a 2009 Saturn SKY convertible (MSRP of $27,940 - $33,730). The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received, but are the same whether one enters through online or postcard.

5) PRIZE CONDITIONS: The prize is non-transferable. If the winner is under 18 on January 9, 2009, the winner must have a legal guardian accept the prize on his/her behalf. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

6) SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) prize winner will be determined in a random drawing on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, from among all eligible entries received or postmarked on or before December 24, 2008. The winner will be notified by January 9, 2009, via telephone and/or e-mail. The winner must contact Forever 21 within 72 hours of being contacted to accept the prize. If the winner cannot be reached by phone or e-mail by January 12, 2009 to claim the prize, Sponsor will conduct another random drawing to select a new winner.

7) TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating, an entrant agrees to a) abide by the Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; b) release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and prize provider GMAC, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively "Releasees"), from all liability, claims or damages including injury or death, arising out of their participation in the SWEEPSTAKES and the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. By accepting the prize, winner agrees, where legal, to grant Sponsor and its designees the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, and upon request will provide consent in writing to such use. This may include, but not be exclusive to photographs and interviews. Releasees are not responsible for and shall have no liability for printing or typographical errors in any SWEEPSTAKES-related material; or for any stolen, late, lost, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries; or for entries that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction; or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. If for any reason the SWEEPSTAKES cannot be conducted as planned by reason of causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the SWEEPSTAKES, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing and may conduct such drawing and select winner from among all entries received prior to the action taken. Winner must sign the ¡°Affirmation of Eligibility and Release of Liability¡± document that will be presented to the winner in order to accept the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute winner's consent to all terms of the Official Rules, without exception. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with this SWEEPSTAKES, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually through arbitration, without resort to any form of class action or litigation in court. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this SWEEPSTAKES, but in no event attorney's fees. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the SWEEPSTAKES may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
