One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of the home in Sonoma, California (the "HGTV Dream Home") that is featured in the "HGTV Dream Home" special, plus home furnishings, merchandise, an automobile, and a "doggie dream home" for the Grand Prize Winner's dog. The home is valued at approximately $1,800,000 (includes structure, lot, and landscaping) as of November 2008. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200,000); (ii) a 2009 GMC® Acadia (ARV: $49,450); and (iii) an HGTV Doggie Dream Home (ARV: $3,000). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $2,052,450.
