I use it, and yes it does work. My glasses are always SPOTLESS.

I use it.
Not so much for the spots (although it does help with that) it's the way the glass feels to me.
Mine are smooth feeling like a glass should feel, my mom's aren't. I don't know how to explain what they do feel like though. But she doesn't like it so she won't use it.

I wanted to come back and say I don't always use Jet Dry, I've used other name brands OR store brand same product and they've worked just as well. Gotta save every little money we can!!
