3. Prizes:
Five (5) Grand Prize(s) per promotion period. During each promotion period, five (5) potential winner(s) will receive one (1) Barely There bra or (1) Barely There panty. Approximate Retail Value per potential winner: bra - $29 or panty - $9. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded per promotion period: maximum value - $150; minimum value - $40. Potential winners may be notified via e-mail and that the prizes will be mailed to the address provided in the entry forms. Returned prizes will not be awarded. Prizes will be awarded via mail 10 to 12 weeks from prize notification date. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person per e-mail address during the promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned and must be accepted as awarded.
