GRAND PRIZE: A 10 foot x 12 foot freestanding Cabana structure to serve as a “Run Happy Place” will be built in winner’s backyard and will include the installation and set-up of the following items: ProForm Treadmill, Samsung 40” LCD Flat Panel HDTV, Samsung Home Theater Stereo System, Avanti Water Cooler/Dispenser and five (5) - 5 gallon bottles of water. Installation and set-up of prize items will be the responsibility of the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $32,000. Grand Prize will be accepted “as is.” Any modifications or upgrades made to the Cabana structure including, but not limited to, heating or cooling systems, painting the interior or exterior, will be at the expense of the winner. All physical damage, liability insurance or other insurances required, necessary maintenance, ongoing electricity service costs to power the prize items installed in the Cabana structure, and any repairs are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will be responsible for any building permit fees required by the winner’s town, municipality, or residential community, to build the Cabana on winner’s property. If winner is renting their residence, the property owner must give their permission to build and house the Cabana structure on the designated premises.
