ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A check payable to the winner in the amount of $25,000 and two (2) HTC FUZE phones. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25,900.

5. DAILY INSTANT WIN GAME: Winners will be instantly notified upon submitting a game play on the Web Site. Prizes will be randomly awarded each day of the Promotion Period. The Judges will determine, at random, the times at which instant win prizes will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period. The participant that enters the Instant Win Game closest to the time randomly determined by the Judges will be deemed the winner (subject to verification). The odds of winning an instant win prize are based upon the number of eligible entries received and the time at which they are received.
