One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to The Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa in Scottsdale, AZ, for two (2), at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Dollars ($4,646). The trip will include the following: (a) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Scottsdale, AZ-area airport; (b) one (1) room, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) at The Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa, in Scottsdale, AZ, for three (3) nights; (c) round-trip airport transfers good for transportation between the airport and the hotel; (d) one (1) spa treatment or one (1) round of golf (including equipment rental) for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest, as selected by the Sponsors; (e) dinner for two (2) for one (1) night of the trip (alcohol and gratuity not included) (not to exceed a total of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250)); (f) a check for Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for the Grand Prize Winner only; and (g) a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250) Red Lobster Gift Card. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, additional ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors’ agent on a carrier of Sponsors’ choice and trip must be booked a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance. Dates are subject to availability and certain black-out dates and other travel restrictions may apply. Sponsors reserve the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be taken by December 31, 2009 (the “Expiration Date”). No extensions will be given after the Expiration Date, and the prize will be forfeited and Sponsors shall have no further obligations to the Grand Prize Winner. Sponsors are not responsible for any travel-related delays or cancellations. TOTAL ARV OF PRIZE (1 PRIZE): Four Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Dollars ($4,646).
