Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floor. Bathroom: Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorize. The aforementioned list of services is intended to provide winner with a list of services that winner may receive with the use of the gift certificate. The following in-home cleaning services, among others (at Sponsor’s sole discretion), are NOT available: Oven cleaning, Refrigerator cleaning, Window washing, Packing & unpacking, Wall washing, Cabinet cleaning and Furniture Treatment. ARV = $4,000; OR C) $4,000 worth of handyman service(s) awarded in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at a handyman service provider determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must use full value of gift certificate in four (4) visits. If winner does not use full value of gift certificate in four (4) visits, winner will forfeit the remaining value of the gift certificate and will not receive the cash value of the remainder of the gift certificate.
