Apple Enchilada Dessert

Apple Enchilada Dessert

1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling, chop the apples
6 (8”) flour tortillas
1 t ground cinnamon
1/3 c margarine
½ c sugar
½ c firmly packed light brown sugar
½ c water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon pie filling evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll tortillas and place seam side down in lightly greased 8” baking pan.

Combine margarine, the sugars, and water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Pour sauce evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes.

Careful or you'll end up in my novel.

I was going to conquer the world but I got distracted by something sparkly.
