PB&J Sandwich Cookies

Post by Diva Cassie on Fri Mar 13, 2009 7:38 am

PB&J Sandwich Cookies

1 pouch Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix
Oil & egg called for on cookie mix pouch
c Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting
2 T peanut butter
1/3 c jelly (any flavor)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Make cookies as directed on pouch. Cool 30 minutes. Stir frosting and peanut butter until smooth. For each sandwich cookie, spread generous teaspoonful frosting mixture on bottom of 1 cookie; spread scant teaspoonful jelly over frosting mixture. Top with another cookie.

Careful or you'll end up in my novel.

I was going to conquer the world but I got distracted by something sparkly.
